Events: Theme development as needed. Vendor selection based on client needs and coordination of services. Invitations, tracking RSVP's. Event Design (color, lighting, linens, etc.). Budget updates. Attendance at vendor meetings. Assisting with selection of favors, place cards, menus. Help with favors and decor. Coordinating hotels for out-of-town guests. Guest list and table/floor plan seating assistance. Final consultation to go over all details of the event. Attendance at the event to make sure everything goes as planned.
Weddings: All of the above and help with Etiquette. Shower and Bachelorette parties. Planning and attendance at the Rehearsal.
